Would you like to work with private aircraft and VIP passengers? Within ASE handling we are working with private aviation in assistance and handling, with an array of clients that can include a variation of the world’s best luxury jets and most well-known celebrities and personnel.

At ASE Handling, we are based in Sweden and Denmark and we are currently searching for additional operations and VIP handling agents for our Stockholm airport offices. As a new employee in this line of work you will be trained for all different characteristics of this job, which includes both operations and VIP services.

Within operations your tasks will include management of requests for handling and services, creating catering and service orders, managing plans for VIP passengers and aircrafts to come and go from the airport and assistance with questions and queries. The main task for this aspect of work is coordination and planning which will help you succeed within this factor of the job at hand.

VIP handling is a very simple yet rewarding aspect of the job. It will include many different tasks on a day to day basis. You will be our face to face representative at the aircraft with both passengers and crew. The main task for this aspect of work is great social and communication skills as well as taking initiative and going above and beyond with your service.

We are looking for new members to join our team on a 75% contract, 120 hours per month which you will be working in shifts. Our office opening hours are 0600-2300 all days of the week but with flights outside of these hours you may be required to work additional to assist if possible. We coordinate together for our monthly schedules so as everyone gets their most desired shifts and time off if possible.
With last minute flights and requests, out of hours, you may also be required to help.

Communication is a very important aspect of this job. It is required that you speak fluent Swedish and English, as the majority of this job is in English in both speaking and writing, it is imperative that you are of a high English level and confidence. You will also need to be computer literate as you will be using the computer for all operations work which includes Outlook, Microsoft office, PDF documents airport systems and the internet. As for airport systems for flight management, you will be given training as you progress through your learning.

As a person, you should have the ability to work independently as well as in groups, therefore it is important that you are flexible and take great initiative. As you will be required to meet new people every day possessing strong social skills is a major benefit. Requirements: Driver’s license B, 2x previous job references, English and Swedish proficiency, police background check for airport security badge and Swedish personnummer.

Airport experience preferred.
