As a leading and innovative ancillary retailing, content aggregation and distribution partner to the travel industry the quality of our service and the success of our customers is vitally important.

Paxport has around two hundred and fifty customers across airlines, accommodation and other content suppliers, travel agencies and tour operators, and we commercially manage these customers through a hard-working and customer focused account management team.

To support our customers and to work alongside our existing account management and wider business teams, we are looking for an experienced sales or account management professional to build business partnerships with an assigned portfolio of our clients. The customer portfolio will be varied across our customer base and is located primarily in Scandinavia.

The role of Account Manager involves the selling of our technology (both existing and new) to our clients, maintaining and developing successful partner relationships, and acting as an escalation and point of advice for the assigned customer portfolio.

The role is to be based at our Swedish offices in Stockholm with regular travel both to meet with your client portfolio face to face and to attend our UK office in Bristol.

- Commercial account management of the identified portfolio of customers.
- Identification of new business and business development opportunities within the portfolio.
- Promotion and selling of new products and solutions to significantly grow revenues.
- Managing customer relationships and actions through our CRM tool.
- Coordinating the delivery of required solutions with internal teams.
- Collaborating with the wider account management, commercial, and broader teams.
- Working with Account Development Plans for identified customers.
- Owning and maintaining business relationships with customers, including the development of revenue and booking numbers.

A flexible, professional and hard-working individual, you should have experience in B2B sales and telephone sales or account management, ideally in the travel or travel technology industry. You will be used to working towards business goals with business-driven thinking, and will have been successful in building significant new revenues through successful customer management.

You are used to working proactively and using your initiative, and you are also motivated to succeed as an individual and as a team player. The customer is at the centre of your approach and you will go the extra mile to ensure a successful, mutually beneficial, business relationship. You will also be calm under pressure and be able to think outside of the box as well as being able to champion innovative ideas and new ways of thinking as we take our business to the next level.
