SAS Maintenance Production is very well committed to this strategy and will always keep Safety and Security as top priorities. A vital part to achieve the above is our established Quality System where of the compliance monitoring plays a most valuable role.

We are now looking for an Quality Auditor within SAS Maintenance Production -145 with the main purpose to monitor compliance with rules and procedures required by applicable parts of EASA regulations and SAS company requirements.

Main Tasks:
- Responsible to conduct and handle internal audits and (sub) contractor audits as required within and outside Scandinavia by;
- Conduct audits in a consistent and systematic manner
- Collect information through effective interviewing, listening, observing and reviewing documentation and records
- Document and handle audit results
- Prepare accurate, clear and concise audit reports
- Perform follow-up, verification of the actions to findings and effectiveness of corrective actions from audits by involvement in the follow-up process to assess the effective implementation of corrective actions
- Assist in the establishment of the periodic audit schedule and take an active part, based on own experience and knowledge, in the preparation of the annual audit schedule
- Conclude and contribute to analysis of the quality system and the organization’s ability to comply to it.


- Aeronautical degree or equivalent and trained in EASA Part M / Part -145
- Auditor or quality system trained
- Nominees that meeting the education and experience requirements must pass an auditor training course, e.g. ISO 9000:2000, and applicable training courses in EASA Regulations.

We believe the right candidate is a strong and technical maintenance-oriented person with experience from auditing and/or working within a maintenance provider environment.
Further the candidate should have experience from tasks related to aircraft maintenance, and/or continuing airworthiness management (engineering) and/or surveillance of such tasks. It is meriting to have an interest and understanding of LEAN.

To be successful in this role the candidate needs to develop collaboration and relationships across different departments and have a genuine interest in improving the operation and keep the safety and security as top priority at every stage of the journey.

Since you will work on "airside" a couple of security/background checks and drug- and alcohol test is mandatory in the process before hiring.
