Publicerad den 12 november 2025

Braathens is searching for a Teamleader Training Coordinator

Do you want to take the lead in developing and coordinating technical competence within aircraft maintenance?

We are looking for a Teamleader Training Coordinator to join our Technical Department at Arlanda – a key role where you will plan, lead, and continuously improve our technical training programs. You will ensure that our staff maintain the required competence levels to meet both regulatory standards and our own high expectations for safety and quality.

Braathens Regional Airlines has been a trusted player in Scandinavian aviation since 1946. As an established ACMI operator with a single AOC, we have long-term partnerships with SAS – Scandinavian Airlines and Austrian Airlines. Through these collaborations, we play an important role in maintaining reliable regional air connectivity across Scandinavia and Europe – always with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivering an exceptional flight experience.

Our fleet consists of 17 ATR 72-600 aircraft, operated from bases across Scandinavia and Austria. We are a family-oriented airline with a strong culture, short decision paths, and genuine pride in what we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the revision and updating of all training materials, including both classroom content and CBT modules.

  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and completion tracking of initial and continuation training, ensuring all activities are correctly registered in Crewdox and AMOS in coordination with Technical Planning.

  • Handle the purchase and coordination of external training services.

  • Prepare the NPDM training budget and monitor actual training expenses throughout the year.

  • Ensure that all training activities are carried out by authorized organizations or qualified instructors.

  • Establish and maintain training contracts and follow up on provider performance.

  • Deliver training sessions and act as an instructor when required.

  • Maintain accurate Crewdox roles and training records for all Technical Operations staff, ensuring alignment with AMOS authorization settings (Part-145 & Part-CAMO).

  • Develop and maintain the company’s initial and continuation training programmes according to the requirements set by delegated VP Managers and QM/CMM.

  • Issue and revoke certification authorizations to certified staff on behalf of QM/CMM.

  • Chair Training Meetings upon request from NP DM.

Qualifications & Desired Competencies

  • Background as CRS Staff: Hold Technician License issued in accordance with PART 66.

  • Experience in aviation maintenance training or technical operations.

  • Strong understanding of Part-145 and Part-CAMO training and authorization requirements.

  • Familiarity with AMOS (preferably AMOS 9.2) and Crewdox.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver training effectively.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing tasks.
