Join Our Team: Seeking a Skilled Project Engineer at BAM Design Organisation Part-21.
At BAM, a leader in the aviation industry, we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer to support our projects' planning, execution, and completion of modifications of aeroplanes and rotorcraft. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success, from conceptual design to implementation, within our dynamic and innovative environment.

About the Role:
As a Project Engineer at BAM, you will be highly involved in the design process within both planning and preparing deliverables. You will report directly to the Head of Design and work alongside our accomplished engineering staff to complete the project successfully.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the planning, design, and execution phases of engineering projects.
2. Assess project specifications, identify requirements, and set objectives.
3. Monitor project progress, addressing potential issues and implementing solutions.
4. Prepare documentation and deliverables.
5. Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, safety regulations, and Design Organisation Procedures.

Kvalifikationskrav:
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant working experience.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fluent in English.
5. Advantage:
-Knowledge of EASA regulations and aviation industry standards.
-Previous experience in design and CAD programs (Solidworks).
-Fluent in Swedish.
