We are now looking for an IT Coordinator and supporter to join our team in Stockholm.

Main responsibilities:

As the Nordic IT Coordinator You will be responsible for improving the overall IT Operations. We would like you to be the enabler for the IT part of our business both towards customers, clients, instructors, employees and other stakeholders.

At the same time we expect you to be the local enabler and supporter in our Stockholm Training centre when it comes to deployment and support of computer hardware and software as well as our training oriented IT equipment.

The daily work consists of:

• Organizing and coordinating the activities associated with installation, deployment and upgrade of software, hardware and network facilities for the desktop environment as well as the training center devices and equipment and other equipment as required.
• Managing the activities across the Nordic region associated with providing technical services by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems and needs for the sites IT equipment.
• Acting as coordinator and enabler for the joint IT support in the region.
• Working on the assembly, configuration, installation and support of computer hardware and software including peripherals and components for internal users as well as for training center IT and other technical equipment.
• Maintaining and/or creating standard operating procedures, customer service guidelines and troubleshooting documentation for new services and activities.
• Register and follow-up of IT tickets.

To plan in the most cost and resource effective way and meet the requirements of our customers you must be able to quickly acquire comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.

The ideal candidate has the following skills:

• Broad IT knowledge and an capable of educating others and/or sharing knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to strengthen the collaboration in a team working on different sites.
• Committed to improving the business through an enhanced IT strategy
• Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and excellent communications skills in English, written and verbal.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a support/helpdesk environment.

This is a full-time position starting with a 6 months probationary period. The position is based at Arlanda airport, Stockholm. Some travel to our centres in Copenhagen and Oslo will be required.
