We are looking for an enthusiastic Safety and Compliance Advisor to be responsible for handling safety and compliance duties, including authorization administration of Norwegian Air AS maintenance repair organization (NAO Part 145) staff. The safety and compliance advisor will be part of the Norwegian Air AS maintenance repair organization safety and compliance department. This position will report to the Quality Manager, Part 145.

You will be responsible for
- Act as safety chief investigator
- Perform occurrence investigation assigned by safety office
- Preform finding investigation assigned by internal compliance auditors
- Keep the organization informed on related HSE, safety and compliance topics
- Perform Hazard and Risk assessment analysis, register and follow-up
- Perform Compliance and Safety Trend Monitoring
- Attend and coordinate HSE, Compliance and Safety audits
- Coordinate and support HSE activities, together with HSE Manager and Health and Safety Representatives
- Perform contract audits
- Administrate Part 145 authorizations
- Administrate safety monitoring system
- Administrate compliance monitoring system
- Support in technical documentation amendment and control
- Develop and maintain authorization programs
- Develop and maintain Part 66 OJT-programs

This job will be for you if
- You have a bachelor’s degree or 1 year’s relevant experience gained in industry
- You have a proficient level of English and Scandinavian is mandatory
- You are experience in aviation is preferred but not required
- You possess good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, email and Internet applications
