BRA is looking for a CAMO Base Maintenance Planner in Stockholm or Malmö

Braathens is currently on an exciting journey towards sustainable aviation, operating both domestically in Sweden and since 2023 offering international charter routes together with major tour operators Ving and Apollo.

We are now looking for a base planning team member for our Technical Services department in Stockholm (BMA) or Malmö (MMX).

The Technical Services department is a part of the CAMO organisation and has the overall responsibility for the Technical Services processes. This means that the applicable maintenance manuals and documents are kept up to date according to the latest revisions, and furthermore that maintenance on our aircraft is planned, carried out, reported, and archived in our maintenance system within given time frames for the maintenance program for BRA's fleet.

In your role, you will be an important player in the Base (Heavy) maintenance process, to quote, plan, coordinate, and follow through on the base maintenance events for the Braathens fleet.

The role also includes long term planning of events (C-check, overhaul, end of lease etc.) for aircraft, landing gear and powerplant. Furthermore, you may be involved in the contracting process for new or existing base maintenance contracts. In your daily work you will utilize the IT tools AMOS (MMIS), PDC and MS Office frequently. Other technical services related tasks may be included in your daily duties.

We are looking for candidate who have:
- Operational experience of maintenance planning
- Good knowledge of English and Swedish in speech and writing
- Very good IT skills
- Knowledge of Quality and Compliance Systems
- Knowledge of EASA regulations Part M/Part CAMO and Part-145 incl. Safety Management System

We see it as advantageous if you have:
- Operational experience of a technical records IT-tool such as Stream, Flydocs, Airvault etc.
- Experience in MMIS system AMOS
- Experience of acting as a technical representative on-site
- Experience of ATR/Airbus heavy/Line maintenance
- Knowledge of MSG3 and planning systems

You like to work independently but see yourself as part of the whole, where you easily establish collaboration with your colleagues.

The role includes some traveling where you represent the company as a part of the job.
The position is based either in Stockholm (BMA) or Malmö (MMX ), Sweden.
