South Sweden Flight Academy is a flight school based at Malmö/Sturup Airport with courses ranging from PPL – MCC, as well as FI, CRI, IRI and AUPRT. We have about 25 active students from Scandinavia and all over the world. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Instructor for PPL, NR, CPL, ME, IR, MCC and AUPRT training to join our team. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive flight training to aspiring pilots and ensuring their safe and proficient operation of various aircraft. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of aviators by imparting your knowledge, experience and expertise in aviation

Kvalifikationskrav:
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct ground instruction sessions to educate students on aircraft systems, flight procedures, navigation, and aviation regulations.
2. Help develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, syllabi, and training materials to facilitate effective learning.
3. Provide flight instruction to students, both in single-engine and multi-engine aircraft, according to established curriculum and training standards.
4. Assess and evaluate student performance through regular flight evaluations, written exams, and oral interviews.
5. Offer constructive feedback, guidance, and mentoring to help students improve their skills and develop confidence as pilots.
6. Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and standards during all training activities.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, training logs, and flight hours documentation.
8. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes in aviation instruction.

Fast lön + rörlig lön
Full time with fixed salary if you hold FI for PPL/CPL/ME & IR Schedule is flexible.
We also hire part time or on an hourly basis if needed. |

South Sweden Flight Academy has been active under its ATO certificate SE.ATO.0030 since February 2018. The school is owned and run by Malin Holmberg Karim (Accountable Manager) and Osmond Karim (Head of Training) who seek to keep building a professional and dynamic school with hands-on pilot training delivered by a passionate and dedicated management team and faculty.
Our school is located at Malmö Airport, a 24H International airport which offers a great learning environment for the students with an active tower and daily interaction with commercial traffic. In the hangar we house our fleet consisting of Cessna 172M, Piper Arrow PA28R and Piper PA34. We also use a FNPT1 for IR training (PA28R) and a to a FNPT2 for MCC training (B737-800).
