The Role
The Project Manager One CAMO ensures the completion of SAS organizational goal to establish a new SAS group CAMO (One CAMO). He/she coordinates activities both across the different AOC in SAS and its relevant departments. This may require initializing of subprojects to achieve the overall project goal. The PM is managing the main program, giving detailed attention to project delegation and implementation including change and business transformation. He/she shall coordinate activities between different projects without directly managing them. The project stretches over different AOCs, multiple areas including business processes, systems and regulatory approvals, where the PM is key to ensuring delivery of the One CAMO project. The project is planned for a duration of 12 to 18 months. A successful implementation could open a path to take on a senior role in the organization (depending on availability and qualification)

To lead implementation of airline group CAMO, including all AOC that are fully owned by SAS. The One CAMO organization is subject to approval by the selected competent authority (local CAA)

Key Responsibilities & Mandate
- Creating and managing project plan with relevant milestones to implement One CAMO.
- Manage and prepare the STEERCO agenda and meetings including notes and follow up of actions.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess changes and potential hazards in the different steps of the project.
- Managing a project team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities assigned to the program.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Design and secure that governance is up and running (interface between subsidiaries, board reporting, management reporting)
- Preparing GM/Sponsor and Board updates on project status and development
- Support, engage and coach senior workstream leaders

- Minimum 10 years of proven management experience from CAMO and/or Maintenance Production (P145) organizations from various European and global airlines.
- Solid leadership experience from large and complex organization • You have a solid track record from driving change in a highly regulated technical environment.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Proven track record of business transformation.
- Proven experience of change management and risk management in complex projects.

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
