Maintenance Supervisor – Maintenance Production

At Scandinavian Airlines, we are dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency in aircraft maintenance. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Arlanda Airport where we maintain SAS fleet of A320, A330 and A350.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance staff in our aircraft maintenance facility at Arlanda. You will be part of the supervisory staff and report to the Duty Production Manager.

Key responsibilites

  •    Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and support maintenance staff, providing guidance as needed.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays in the maintenance process.
  • Communicate with flight crew and support with tech advise and/or arrange qualified staff to attend when needed.
  • Escalate troubleshooting to Production Engineer/Maintenance Support Office whenever contact with CAMO engineering or TC Holder is needed
  • Monitor exceedance and events messages
  • Monitor restrictions and ensure compliance
  • Start and update AOG event processes
  • Coordinate resources during shift in cooperation with Duty Manager and Production Leader

  • Strong decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
  • Understanding the risks involved in aircraft maintenance and knowing how to mitigate them.
  • A deep commitment to creating and maintaining a safety-first environment.

Minimum requirements

Part 66 license with SAS operated aircrafts endorsed.

  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft manuals.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and equipment.
  • Knowledge of EASA P145 regulations.
  • At least 5 years of experience within aircraft maintenance
  • Driver license for car.
  • Ability to speak and understand at least one of the Scandinavian languages.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • High proficiency in IT.

 

The ideal candidate will have

  • Leadership training.
  • Previous experience from using Amos.
  • Knowledge of other regulations such as FAA
  • Leadership experience.

Background check and test

  • You must have a clean criminal record and have proof of occupation 5 year back.
