
Post Planner / Job card Controller
Publicerad den 21 maj 2025We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Post Planner / Job Card Controller to join our aviation maintenance team. In this key role, you will manage, and coordinate documentation and work packages post-certification. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence in accordance with Part-145 and other aviation safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assemble all documentation post-certification for pre-archiving.
- Verify that all corrections and entries are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct audits/inspections of completed work packages to ensure all tasks are properly documented and compliant with aviation and company standards.
- Input and manage job card and work order data in the maintenance management system.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, planners, and other departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs.
- Administer internal training course records and ensure they are up to date.
- Support production management with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide input to continuous improvement initiatives in documentation and compliance processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in aviation maintenance is a plus.
- Prior experience in aviation maintenance documentation, work package handling, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with EASA Part-145 or similar regulatory frameworks preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with maintenance management systems (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, or similar) is an asset.
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
