Production Support Manager

About the Role

As the Production Support Manager, you will:

• Lead and supervise: Plan, coordinate, and prioritize daily activities in the production support team to keep things running smoothly in all production areas.

• Team management: Lead a team of around 9 skilled professionals.

• Customer focus: Be the go-to person for sales and business support functions, ensuring we hit our delivery dates and keep our customers satisfied.

• Coach and develop: Help your team adapt, grow their skills, and boost their efficiency.

• Promote safety and compliance: Foster a safe, ethical, and compliant culture within the team.

• Drive improvement: Find ways to improve processes, lead improvement projects, and monitor KPI’s to drive action plans.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar by experience.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in an MRO environment in a similar role.

• Skills:

• Solid knowledge of Part-145 regulations.

• Leadership with a coaching attitude.

• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and Swedish.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
