We’re looking for a Rotables and Warranty Controller!
Braathens is looking to strengthen our logistic department with a Rotables and Warranty Controller. You will be part of the Purchase & Logistics team with the overall responsibility for the repair process, including warranty handling for all rotable and repairable parts.
Your daily work will involve contact with repair stations, contracted component providers, planning and engineering teams. This is requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
Your responsibilities and duties include:

Overall responsible for the handling of all Rotable and Repairable parts according to relevant standards and regulations.

Maintain and control contracted consignment stocks.

Managing warranty claims and complaints regarding spare parts with suppliers.

Find and evaluate repair stations.

Issue and follow-up on repair orders & consignment stock orders.

Handle the return of removed parts to contracted suppliers.

Follow-up consignment stock orders to arrive in time, and that consignment stocks are up to date with all contracted parts.

Handling daily accounting activities for incoming invoices and payments.
We are looking for someone who has:
-
Experience working in the aviation/MRO industry or another highly regulated industry

Previous experience working as a purchaser or within logistics
-
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
-
Excellent proficiency in English
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Being able to work in the EU and hold an airport pass.
It is advantageous if you have:
-
Knowledge of aviation regulations, including EASA Part CAMO and Part 145
-
Experience working with the aircraft maintenance system AMOS
-
Experience with process-oriented work methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar
-
Good knowledge of customs-related matters
-
Good knowledge of environmental-related matters
