Safety Coordinator – Amapola Flyg AB / PopulAir

At Amapola Flyg/PopulAir, safety is at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Safety Coordinator to join our Safety Office in Stockholm and help strengthen our Safety Management System (SMS).
Working closely with management and operational teams, you’ll help ensure our operations remain safe, compliant and continuously improving.

What you’ll do
• Manage hazard and occurrence reports
• Follow up investigations and corrective actions
• Support inspections and risk assessments
• Coordinate safety meetings and training administration
• Assist with environmental and fuel monitoring
• Help strengthen our safety culture

What you’ll bring
• Experience from flight operations and/or continuing airworthiness, preferably within an airline
• Strong administrative and analytical skills
• A structured, proactive and collaborative approach
• Excellent Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Good Microsoft Office skills

It would be an advantage if you also have experience with:
• Safety Management Systems (SMS)
• Compliance, investigations or risk analysis
• Power BI
