We’re hiring: Commercial Coordinator

In the Nordics, our business is growing – and we’re now looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

What you’ll do As Commercial Coordinator, you will provide proactive and structured support to our Nordic commercial and project teams, including:
• Coordinating internal and external meetings, follow-ups and documentation
• Supporting the team with project tracking, CRM updates and reporting
• Preparing presentation material and summaries for business reviews
• Collaborating with stakeholders across our Nordic and European organisation
• Helping to improve internal workflows and knowledge-sharing

What we’re looking for
We’re open to different backgrounds – most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys getting things done.

You might be a recent graduate or have a couple of years of work experience in a similar role. To succeed in this position, you should have:
• A structured and proactive way of working
• High attention to detail and a service-minded attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confidence in using PowerPoint and basic Excel
• Professional fluency in English and one Scandinavian language

Practical details
• Location: We prefer that you are based in Östersund initially, to support onboarding and collaboration with the local team. Once you’re up to speed in the role, there’s flexibility to work from Arlanda Stad if that suits you better.
• Contract: Fixed-term – 11 months, with possibility of extension
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Language requirement: Fluent in a Scandinavian language + English
