Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the Workshop Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring that activities are well-coordinated, and resources are efficiently utilized.
• Help with scheduling tasks and managing timelines to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Work with various teams to develop and refine maintenance and repair processes for aircraft components.
• Ensure all processes comply with aviation regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Use strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain orderly workflows within the workshop to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations or non-conformities. Stay updated on relevant aviation regulations.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address concerns and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Carefully review documentation, track inventory, and monitor project progress to identify potential issues.
• Spot discrepancies or potential problems early to address them proactively.
• Anticipate challenges and implement measures to mitigate risks.
• Make informed decisions to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain open communication channels with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.
• Address concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Work towards achieving shared goals and objectives.
• Ensure all workshop activities comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Lead or participate in investigations to identify root causes of incidents or non-compliance issues

Kvalifikationskrav:
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Ability to schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong capabilities in developing and improving processes.
• A structured and organized approach to work.
• Well-versed in different IT environments and excellent computer skills.
• Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations.

Experience
• Previous experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) setting.
• Demonstrated managerial skills.
• Experience in managing change processes.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365.
