BRA CAMO Tech services is looking for a new employee

Braathens is currently on an exciting journey towards sustainable aviation, operating both domestically in Sweden and since 2023 offering international charter routes together with major tour operators Ving and Apollo.

We are now looking for a new team member for our Technical Services department in Malmö (MMX).

The Technical Services department is a part of the CAMO organisation, and have the overall responsibility for the Technical Services processes. This means that the applicable maintenance manuals and documents are kept up to date according to the latest revisions, and furthermore that maintenance on our aircraft is planned, carried out, reported, and archived in our maintenance system within given time frames for the maintenance program for BRA's fleet.

In your role, you will be an important player in the initial phase to monitor, register and distribute maintenance data and information, keeping the library in compliance. And furthermore, in the closing phase, receiving and quality assuring the documentation of the work performed, archiving the documentation, keeping the records archive in compliance.

The role also includes updating leasing companies, type certificate holders, OEM’s and authorities with monthly statistics on various utilization reports, as well as supporting Airworthiness Review staff with records and documentation in conjunction with ARC inspections. Additionally, you will be a part of receiving major components such as engines, propellers, APU and Landing gear, and keeping the log-books for these up to date. In your role, you work daily in the IT tools AMOS, PDC and MS Office.


We are looking for candidate who have:
- Operational experience of maintenance planning and/or technical publications and records.
- Good knowledge of English and Swedish in speech and writing.
- Very good IT skills-
- Knowledge of Quality and Compliance Systems.


We see it as advantageous if you have:
- Operational experience of a technical records IT-tool such as Stream, Flydocs, Airvault etc.
- Experience in maintenance planning (Line/Base)
- Experience in MMIS system AMOS.
- Experience in receiving major components, updating log-books etc.
- Experience of ATR/Airbus heavy/Line maintenance.
- Knowledge of EASA regulations Part M/Part CAMO and Part-145 incl. Safety Management System
- Knowledge of MSG3 and planning systems.

You will work with the duties described above based on the experience sought for the role. Other maintenance planning related tasks may be included in your daily work. You see it as a matter of course to work systematically and constantly strive for new improvements. As a person, you are flexible when it comes to managing your various work tasks at the same time and are curious about solutions that can streamline and simplify. You like to work independently but see yourself as part of the whole, where you easily establish collaboration with your colleagues.


The role may also include traveling where you represent the company as a part of the job.

The position is based in Malmö (Sturup airport MMX ), Sweden.
