Your Profile:

We are looking for someone with the following background:

  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or EASA Part-66 license
  • Strong understanding of EASA regulations (Part M, Part CAMO, and Part-145)
  • Experience managing ADs, SBs, repairs, and modifications
  • Previous experience in maintenance and planning of jet and/or turboprop engines
  • Familiarity with aviation maintenance documentation, standards, and technical systems
  • Proficient with computers and standard office software
  • Experience with supplier management and contract negotiation (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of MMIS AMOS (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with compliance management systems (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, written and spoken

Who You Are:

  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a structured, proactive mindset
  • Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • A strong communicator who builds trust across teams and external partners
  • Passionate about quality, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Positive, engaged, and someone who believes work should be both productive and enjoyable
  • Comfortable representing the company professionally and open to occasional travel

What We Offer:

You’ll join a modern, inclusive workplace where collaboration and continuous improvement are part of our DNA. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence technical processes and drive decisions in your day-to-day work.

As part of your employment, we also offer discounted air travel via the MyIDTravel platform.
