Hej alla fina.
1,5mån efter att jag har varit på assessment day och skickat in tre referenser så fick jag detta svar nedan. Är det kört för mig eller bara att vänta lite till? Hur länge är väntan isf på ett ungefär, någon som vet?
” This is an update regarding your application to Cabin Crew 2026 Copenhagen (2718).
We are happy to inform you that after the assessment day and reference check we think you would make a great addition to our Norwegian family.
On behalf of the entire team, we would like to say well done and congratulations with your result as a successful candidate!
Norwegian was extremely lucky this time around and we met many strong and successful candidates at our assessment.
At the moment we unfortunately don’t have any information regarding course spots, and you have therefore been placed in a holding pool until we receive more information from Norwegian regarding the new crew demand.
We will reach out to you as soon as we have more information.
You will remain in the holding pool until we find an available spot or the project closes.
Norwegian will also inform you if the process should close without being able to offer you a contract or a course.
Please do not resign from your current employment until you have a signed contract from Norwegian HR”

Nej, han var inte i någon holding pool utan han fick lämna referenser efter hans assessment, det tog en del tid att han fick ett svar (kanske 2 veckor), och då fick han samma mail som du fått (grattis, du fick jobbet) och efter typ 1 vecka meddelade de kursstarten

Så om jag förstod det rätt så var din sambo också på en holding pool efter assessment day i augusti? Om ja, hur länge tog det mellan svaret han fick av norwegian efter assessment day och svaret med att hen börjar i Maj 2026?
