Assessment day CPH for SAS CONNECT
Hey! I am attending the assessment day for SAS CONNECT on the 26/09 and I’m wondering what to expect? Are they very picky with height? The requirement is 160cm but what if I’m 158cm? Same with tattoos, what will they be checking? I saw CCs wearing a tattoo sleeve at work since they allow it now.
Also what is the salary like and schedule? I heard its 5 on 4 off.
Can you ask for no layovers as well?

Yes they are picky with height due to emergency equipment being located in overhead bins. There is no 5/4 schedule, everybody is on a variable roster. There is a bidding system for scheduling where you can bid for Nights at home base which will make you have 1-2 layovers every month, the ones that bid for layovers get around 10 monthly I would say. Salary wise around 25-26 after taxes which will increase a couple of thousands from November.
