Nordic Aero även på terminal 1 i Köpenhamn

NORDIC AERO WILL OPEN UP SERVICE AT COPENHAGEN, TERMINAL 1

When Sterling Airlines is starting up its new low-cost route between Copenhagen and Aalborg, on September 18, Nordic Aero will be the Ground Handler at Terminal 1. 

Nordic Aero is already established with Ground Handling Service to Sterling Airlines in Terminal 2, and when Sterling expands with the Domestic flight to Aalborg from Terminal1, Nordic Aero will handle the Passenger and Baggage as well as the ticketing through a centrally located ticket office.

Three daily flights is scheduled on weekdays, along with one Saturday and two Sunday flights.

That Nordic Aero now enters also Terminal 1 in Copenhagen with Ground Handling Services, is a natural step, says Managing Director Arri Kallonen. Since we started Ground Handling for Sterling Airlines at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport October 1, 2005, followed by Copenhagen June 1, 2006, we have worked very close to the customer, to follow their expansion. With a competitive price, and a good time table we are very confident that the flights to Aalborg will be successful for Sterling Airlines, ends Arri Kallonen.

Stefan Vilner, Commercial Director at Sterling Airlines, is very optimistic about the start of the new domestic route. The sales of tickets, has meet our high expectations, and we are looking forward to September 18, when the first Sterling flight will depart from Aaalborg at 06.30 and arrive Copenhagen 40 minutes later.
