Let’s squeeze the old, arrogant airlines instead. The campaign they’re running against Norwegian, is a new low. They spend millions of unionmemebers money on ridiculous ads, to avoit competition. They seem also to be totally ignorant over the facts that Norwegian pay their employees better tha i.e SAS. Truth will prevail.
Lets continue to sqeeze out cheap workforce !!

Det norska luftfartsverket har gett norwegians modersälskap NAS lov å ta tillbaka 5 dreamlinere från NLH på irland. Dette medför ny disp på flygningar till USA fram till juni 2015. Då borde amerikanska myndigheter vara klara med behandlingen. Det är bra att norska myndigheter hjälper egna bolag som konkurrerar med SAS och arabiska bolag i luften och i kamp mot departement,fackföreningar och gamla monopolister på land.
Its good to se the Norwegian authorities has extended their Licence to Norwegian to continue to fly to the US. The dirty campaign that Alpha/SAS has conducted will eventually fail, as it is not in line with the open skies agreement. American carriers and SAS should be ashamed of themsleves, this is NOT the way to avoid competition!
but does such trigger new negotiations? Couse it is not said the other part is happy.
In the end, will the US lose to much IF us Europeans say this agrement is off? Is Norwegian worth it?

conditions in the EU/EEA-USA air agreement, do you know IF such is the same as an alteration in the said agreement, and automatically accepted without negociations from our side of the Atlantic.

The amendment passed today would prevent the Department of Transportation from approving Norwegian Air International’s (NAI) foreign air carrier permit application because the airline’s operations would contradict the U.S.–EU Air Transport Agreement, which specifically prohibits any efforts to undermine labor standards.
mange andre foretak innen andre bransjer har registrert seg i Irland, eller utenfor hjemlandet. Jeg antar at det også gjelder for svenske bedrifter.
Det ligger mycket stor nationell “prestige” i Norge, politiker och näringsliv att ha ett EGET Norskt Internationellt flygbolag, så man kan visa upp de Norska färgerna över hela Världen!

Den nya Norska Regeringen vill hjälpa “Kjos” och ändra lagen ang. utländsk arbetskraft likvärdigt Rederierna/sjöfarten.
Norwegian flyger på dispens till USA, med noskt AOC och dispensen går ut 30 juni.
Norwegian har INTE tillstånd att flyga på USA med Irländskt AOC. Det är en fejk-konstruktion för att kringgå de norska reglerna. Norwegian flyger inte ens från Irland till USA!

Det är så Kjos önskar konkurrera ut alla andra europeiska och amerikanska flygbolag och det är lätt att genomskåda. Kjos önskar INTE konkurrens på lika villkor.

Björn Kjos har fått amerikansk media att berätta för folket vilket hot Norwegian är på deras marknad. Hotet om låga priser som kommer sätta de amerikanska flygbolagen ur spel. Det här kan gå till världshistoriens smartaste marknadskampanjer någonsin.
Björn Kjos kommer sakta möta fackföreningar och organisationer i deras krav och vips så är alla nöjda till deras eget förtret. Vad var det som hände, hur gick det här till?
Även om NAI hävdar att de följer de lagar som finns så var inte andemeningen att upplägg som NAI har är okey i open sky avtalet. Det USA gör nu visar att de har ett fungerande system som rättar till felaktigheter. Säkert kommer många tycka att det hela är protektionistiskt men det är fel. Systemet USA har är något som saknas i EU men framförallt i Sverige. Tack USA!
