Flight instructor and plane around Malmo?

Hi,
I am in need of some practical flight instruction around Malmo. I am looking to do 2-4 hours in the nearest week or two before going to an airline sponsorship interview. I hold a FAA-PPL but no Swedish Medical.
So I need answers to:
Where to get Practical Flight Instruction?
Where to get 3rd Class Medical (JAA or FAA)?
